There’s stars in my eyes
Born of visions I’ve had
From moments we shared
To moments we have yet to.
In every glimmer
There is an aspect of you.
After all, these eyes of mine
Shine only for you.
Your light remains so affixed in me
Like a star in the north
And even when my eyes are shut,
I still see you.
And how you dazzle
And how you cannot be contained
And how deep is my desire
My eyes have become stars themselves.
